What does it mean?
Organic refers to the farming method by which a plant is grown – without the reliance on artificial fertilisers and pesticides.
How does it apply?
All our plant-based ingredients are certified organic which means they were farmed organically. This minimises the amount of unnecessary chemicals we are putting on our skin. Choosing organic ingredients for my skincare range was a no-brainer.
Why does it matter?
Organic farming is better for wildlife, better for the quality of the soil, better for biodiversity and better for us as part of this diverse fragile ecosystem. Just think - long before you apply some almond oil to your face, there was an almond tree planted and pollinated which produced beautiful almonds. Without chemicals.
